Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Chakan. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational efficiency using our ZOHO ERP system. You will be a key player in our client-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts within the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Utilize ZOHO ERP effectively for client data management, order processing, and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.

- Proven experience in Account Management, preferably within Automotive or Manufacturing.
