We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant & Finance Executive to manage our financial operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions within our Chakan facility.

• Manage all aspects of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
• Process payroll, manage taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory filings.
• Utilize Zoho ERP for efficient financial data management and reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or Finance Executive, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Zoho ERP system is essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
