Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to oversee our Machineshop operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting regular audits and inspections, and leading a team of quality control professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective quality control
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality management
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001
• Experience with quality control software and systems
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
