Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC/VMC/HMC Operator, Setter, and Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a CNC/VMC/HMC Operator, Setter, and Programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC/VMC/HMC machines to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

• Set up and program CNC/VMC/HMC machines for various manufacturing tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize output.

• Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of CNC/VMC/HMC machines and programming languages.

• Experience with CNC/VMC/HMC machine operation, setting, and programming.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
