We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PPC Head to lead our Production Planning and Control functions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, particularly in forging and gear production, to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery within our Chakan facility.

• Develop and implement robust production plans and schedules for forging and gear manufacturing.
• Oversee inventory management, material planning, and supply chain coordination to prevent disruptions.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols across all manufacturing stages.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and quality assurance.

• Proven expertise in Production Planning and Control (PPC) within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of forging and gear manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for production management.
