Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Costing Engineer to join our team, responsible for preparing cost estimates for sheet metal components and performing should-costing and benchmarking against industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for sheet metal components including stamping, bending, welding, and assembly processes

• Perform ZBC Costing and should-costing

• Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions

• Maintain cost databases and update pricing trends for materials and processes

• Assist in supplier negotiations by providing technical cost insights

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Automotive Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in automotive sheet metal costing or manufacturing.
