We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Chakan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and safe operation of our electrical systems, with a specific focus on forge and gear machinery. This role is crucial for minimizing downtime and maintaining peak production efficiency.

• Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in forge and gear machinery.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of forge and gear operational principles and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial electrical controls and and circuits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in industrial settings.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with PLC systems and motor controls is a plus.
