Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Mechanical/Quality/Production/Maintenance/Design/Purchase/NPD/Development/QMS/Costing/SCM Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for mechanical and production aspects.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in quality and maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products, focusing on design and NPD.

• Optimize production workflows and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize output, utilizing SCM principles.

• Source and procure high-quality materials and components from reputable suppliers, applying costing and financial management principles.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.

• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and total quality management (TQM).

• Proficiency in CAD design and simulation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Experience with supply chain management (SCM) and procurement processes.

• Knowledge of cost accounting and financial management principles.
