• Lead and manage all phases of new product development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of products, optimizing processes involving CNC, VMC, and die casting.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality control to achieve project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in product design, manufacturing methodologies, and material selection.
