We are seeking an experienced and strategic PPC Head to lead our Production Planning and Control functions. The ideal candidate will optimize our manufacturing processes, particularly in forging and gear production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery within our Chakan facility.

• Develop and implement robust production plans and schedules to meet manufacturing targets.
• Oversee the entire production planning and control cycle, from raw material to finished goods.
• Manage and optimize forging and gear manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Implement inventory control strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, and engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team to achieve departmental goals.

• Proven expertise in Production Planning and Control (PPC).
• In-depth knowledge of forging and gear manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
