We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Manager to oversee all quality assurance activities within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, particularly within gear manufacturing processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quality control professionals.
• Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure all manufactured products consistently meet stringent customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality excellence across operations.

• Proven experience in Quality Management, with a strong preference for gear manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant automotive quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
