Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team, with a focus on industrial valves, hoses, and dampers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product design, mechanical design, and industrial equipment design, along with proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test industrial valves, hoses, and dampers to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, and assembly drawings for production

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer-specific technical requirements and resolve design-related issues

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including BOM preparation and revision control

• Analyze and solve complex problems related to product design, manufacturing processes, and quality control

• Implement design improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering standards, and industry regulations

• Experience with ERP systems and BOM management

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
