Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TPM Coordinator to support our Total Productive Maintenance initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of TPM activities across the plant.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and activities to minimize downtime.
• Support the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Track and report on key maintenance metrics and KPIs.
• Facilitate training sessions related to TPM principles and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.

• Proven experience in coordinating maintenance or operational activities.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts.
